About The Perelman Center for Jewish Life
Join us in the founding of the Perelman Center for Jewish Life housing the Lubavitch House at Penn and the Steinhardt/Cayne Jewish Heritage Programs (JHP). For almost thirty years, these programs have established a track record of excellence. They reach thousands of students across the country, creating strong and lasting connections to their Jewish roots. Lubavitch House and JHP have been successful in attracting many who are only marginally connected to their heritage but are now enthusiastic and involved in their Jewishness.

Our temporary home, The Provost House of the University of Pennsylvania, was campus residence for the chief executive officer of the University, the Provost, was built in 1903 at 4037 Pine Street. The University restored the house as the Provost's living space. Jewish Heritage Programs
Established in 1993, Jewish Heritage Programs (JHP) enriches the lives of university students through meaningful interactions and developing strong relationships with members of the Jewish community. JHP strives to connect Jewish college students with their roots and history through Shabbat programming, mentoring events with Jewish professionals, community service, and social events.
JHP also administers the Jewish Business Networks of Philadelphia and New York, Young Professionals Network and the Old City Jewish Art Center.
